TEMPLE, TEXAS, March 16, 2020 – The Bird Creek Burger Company (BCBC) and Treno Pizzeria (Treno) teams have continued to track the spread of COVID-19, as well as consume and review information communicated by national, state, and local officials. We stated that we would be ready to change direction or adapt to any new information as it becomes available. Unfortunately, that time has quickly come.

Based on the most up-to-date information available, and recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and the White House, we are making additional changes to our operations and procedures at both our Bird Creek Burger Company location at 6 S. Main Street in Temple and our mobile Treno Pizzeria trailer pop-ups:

• BCBC will provide pickup and curbside delivery only during normal hours of operation:
  • MON-TUES 10 AM – 3 PM
  • WED-SUN 10 AM – 8 PM
• We will continue to use the PhoneSoap tool to sanitize our payment systems, and applicable devices  used as we service our customers
• We will fulfill all support commitments made by providing to go meals to the TISD support staff
